The Board of Directors approved our plans to construct a Training Facility to be located in the rear of the Fire Station. This will be a great benefit to the Fire Department in training new members and doing practicals for classes. The Training Facility will consist of two 8x40 Shipping Containers side by side one for Fire Training with sprinkler system and the other will be used for Search and other training.

***Update...The Storage Containers are in. Allen Lewis and Ed Lipscomb went to Winston Salem Friday and picked them up. The gravel has been brought in and in the coming week work will be done to level up the site where the containers will be set.

*** Update... The Training Buildings have been set and we are curently working on getting the side doors installed on them which should be done by the last week of November. We have the burn pit cut and ready to install. Still waiting on the company to make the sprinkler setup so we can install it.

*** Update... Burn side of training buildings is in service and is being used. Sprinkler system is working great and will be fun training with. Sog's have been written and approved and will be distributed to be added to sog manuals. Pictures are up for viewing.

Search side will be worked on as money becomes availaible.
