Patch Trade Thanks for visiting our website. We are located in the Southern part of Alamance County, North Carolina. Our fire department is incorporated and organized under the laws of the State of North Carolina as a non-profit corporation. The primary purpose of the corporation is to afford fire protection to the community. The secondary purpose is to aid, assist and cooperate with any and all organizations, private or public, in promoting safety to property and protection of lives.

Our Department has approximately 36 members on role. Our main station is located at 2172 Bellemont Alamance Rd and our sub-station is located on Friendship Rock Creek Rd. We are staffed with four paid full-time firefighters, three are on a twenty-four shift rotation, and Chief works M-F 8:00Am- 5:00pm.

The E.M. Holt Fire Department is selling street address signs. If you ever need help time can mean the difference between life or death. These signs help us locate you faster, especially at night because they reflect the numbers so we can see them. We ask you to help us to help you faster. These signs can hang on your mailbox, vertically or horizonal. If you have a Post Office Box we can place the sign on a 1"x1" black pole so it can be set by your driveway or sidewalk. We can assist in installing the sign for you if you are unable at no extra charge. All proceeds from the sales of these address signs go towards purchasing teaching materials for our Fire Prevention Classes that we teach to schools, daycares, and churches in our fire district.
